At Hotel Mystical View, we understand that travel plans can shift like morning mist upon the mountains. While we strive to offer flexibility where we can, we also must honor the rhythms of our reservations and preparations. Below is our clear and fair refund policy.
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least [ e.g., 48 hours] prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within [Insert window, e.g., 24–48 hours] of check-in may be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, or failure to arrive (no-show), will not be eligible for a refund.
Some promotions and special rates are clearly marked non-refundable at the time of booking. These bookings are not eligible for changes or refunds under any circumstance, including last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
